Our Triple C Service extends to each and every member of Cantoni but in this instance, our Delivery Coordinator, Julie Mazzuca was on the receiving end of some well-earned praise.
Julie worked closely with a customer who was receiving furniture for his home within four separate deliveries. Keep reading to see the customer’s wonderful comments on Julie’s excellent customer service:
“Julie Mazzuca has proven repeatedly that she is an employee that goes well beyond expectations of superior customer service.
While this is a bold statement, I can confidently say she helps set the bar for any industry. My recent purchase of furnishings for my home required three normal deliveries and one follow-up for a defective item. Each time she worked to ensure the days and times fit within my schedule.
At face value, one would think that would be her job, but we all know things don’t always go as planned. That is where she excels in owning the issue and resolving it in a manner that never put a burden on me.
There are not enough adjectives I could provide that would summarize my appreciation of Julie’s level of service.”
