“Julie Mazzuca has proven repeatedly that she is an employee that goes well beyond expectations of superior customer service.
While this is a bold statement, I can confidently say she helps set the bar for any industry. My recent purchase of furnishings for my home required three normal deliveries and one follow-up for a defective item. Each time she worked to ensure the days and times fit within my schedule.
At face value, one would think that would be her job, but we all know things don’t always go as planned. That is where she excels in owning the issue and resolving it in a manner that never put a burden on me.
