Urbanize Atlanta has shed light on the recently completed, three years in the making, residential project that has been dubbed “one of the most architecturally significant modern homes ever built in Atlanta”.
Designed by our very own Kohl Sudnikovich, the Cantilever House is a 6,547-square-foot haven that is named after its most striking architectural feature: a cantilevered extension that extends over a large portion of the home’s backyard.
Spanning its three levels, Kohl has helped design and furnish its six bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, and luxury kitchen.
