Spicy Peach BBQ Chicken Wings by Add a Pinch

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds chicken wings, wing tips discarded (serves 4)
  • 2/3 cup sweet and smokey flavored bbq sauce
  • 1/3 cup peach preserves
  • 1/8 teaspoon Sriracha sauce
Instructions

  1. Pour BBQ sauce, peach preserves and Sriracha into a 2-cup measuring cup and stir until well combined. Taste to make sure you like the amount of flavor and spice. Adjust as desired.
  2. Store any unused sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator. (to serve as additional sauce for dipping)
  3. Preheat gas or charcoal grill to medium heat. Place chicken wings onto grill, skin side up, and cook for about 10-15 minutes.
  4. Turn chicken wings and cook until internal temperature registers about 180º F, about another 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from grill and cover with aluminum foil to rest for about 5 minutes.
  6. Brush spicy peach bbq sauce onto chicken wings prior to serving. (serve additional sauce on the side for dipping)
