A Smart, Modern Kitchen
Cantoni designer George Saba worked with a tech savvy family from the ground up to devise a custom kitchen design that was as impressive as their new high-tech home. The homeowners wanted a well-organized open space that would be family-friendly yet modern. So George created an ergonomic solution with seamless custom cabinetry that provides ample hidden storage and achieved the homeowner’s minimalistic wants. For the cabinets, George combined gray stained oak wood with ecru matte lacquer and incorporated LED for the cabinet lights.

A Beautifully Simple Kitchen
With five active kids, a bustling household and a love for entertaining, the Stromberg family were in serious need of a new kitchen that was both functional and beautiful. Inspired by the home’s lush landscape and architectural details like the mahogany accents, Cantoni designers Elizabeth Lewis Schramme and Josh Delafuente created a pure-white design with light wood floors and richly stained woods. To achieve the minimalistic look the Strombergs desired, they selected durable white lacquer cabinetry, from our Atelier Collection–which also boasts plenty of drawer space for utensils–and topped it with thick slabs of white quartz and a white marble backsplash. One of our favorite functional features is the galley sink, which has a clean-up sink behind and plenty of surrounding counter space to use–a smart set up for those who cook and entertain regularly like the Strombergs.

A Kitchen with a Secret Passageway
Aside from this kitchen’s sleek, minimal design, one of our favorite features would have to be the paneled wall that extends the length of the entire space. At first glance, you would never guess that it is anything more than a wall, but take a closer look and you’ll discover that on one side there is a concealed doorway leading to a hidden pantry and a built-in refrigerator on the other.
A Modern Kitchen Makeover
In this kitchen remodel, our Houston design consultant, George Saba transformed a traditional kitchen into a fresh, modernized space for a family of four. Functional features, like an induction cooktop, recessed under-cabinet lighting and innovative shelving systems were built into the design to ensure it would be practical for everyday use as well as provide ample display and storage space for the family’s cooking essentials.
An Industrial Kitchen Remodel
In Atlanta’s Cabbagetown District, Cantoni designer Kohl Sudnikovich reimagined a loft’s outdated kitchen with a design that mirrors the historic property’s layered past. Taking inspiration from the loft’s beautiful exposed rough beams and brick that have weathered several natural disasters, Kohl selected the rustic wood cabinetry from our Factory Collection, which like the building’s bones has historic value in itself as it was beautifully salvaged from Italy’s iconic countryside. Other key design elements include a careful mix of hardware metals, from black-painted rebar to warm copper accents on island drawer-fronts. To tie all the metals and finishes together, sensational Spartacus stone, found in an Atlanta stone yard was used for the waterfall-style island.

Small Kitchen, Big on Style
With a kitchen in need of a fresh spin, a Dallas couple turned to Cantoni kitchen design specialist, Eugenio Reyes Retana to give it a new modern look that could blend seamlessly with the surrounding dining and living area. Working together, they came up with the duo of islands and integrated them with new waterfall countertops flanked by black walnut steps to make an easier transition to the dining space.

A Chef-Worthy Remodel
After dealing with a poorly designed kitchen for more than 15 years, the Kumets family brought in our design consultant George Saba to transform their space into one that was open, contemporary and ergonomically efficient. Together, they decided on warm wood and lacquer cabinetry from our Atelier Collection, opted for Caesarstone countertops and an oxidized backsplash with porcelain tiles to achieve the sleek, modern look they wanted.
